The manufacturing plant in Hangzhou shown in this picture is capable of making over-sized, single-piece cold-boxes which can be transported directly from factory via barges to Shanghai port thus reducing possibility of damage during transportation and ensuring cost efficiency. The manufacturing plant in Chengdu can fabricate very large cold-boxes (up to 100,000 nm3/hr) consisting of various segments that include the upper column and lower column/condenser.
SASPG maintains a large design department and licenses proven design software from US and European sources which is universally accepted and used by most industrial gas majors.
SASPG fabricates equipment in conformity with ISO 9001:2000 while its fabrication facilities have ASME U and U-2 certifications. SASPG maintains global standards for quality and has built plant and equipment as per GB and ASME standards as required. Some of the certifications maintained by SASPG are shown in the accompanying figures.
